Problems with EMAIL: We generally respond to emails with about 24-48 hours. If you do not hear from us, it is not because we do not want to communicate with you. We have encountered two customers who became very angry with us for not responding. We had actually sent them numerous email responses. They apparently had spam filters set which prevented our emails from getting through. If you do not hear from us, try sending a phone number where we can call you.
